Return Policy
We at BCS Auto Paints want you to be satisfied.
There may be times when you need to return your purchase. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you in returning your product.
When to return a product?
We offer you a replacement or refund where:
- Product sold is faulty
- Wrongly described
- Do not do what they are supposed to do

Exclusions
In some cases a refund may not be offered if you:
- Substantially modify the product
- Misuse the product
- Have changed your mind or have purchased incorrect product as products are custom mixed upon order being placed
* Time – Please contact us within 3 days of receive item and if incorrect item was sent we will replace it free of charge once incorrect item has been returned to us.
* Method of refund – Refunds will be processed via purchase method.
* Product condition – Items must be in unused ( New Condition ) as received upon purchase to be illegible for a refund.

* Charges, if any – Refunds will be paid in full minus the postage fee.
Shipping Policy
Upon placing your order , we will process your order within 3 business days and freight to your listed address. All aerosols will be delivered via road freight and take between 3-9 days to arrive to your destination. All road freight items are sent via registered post.
All pens and brush bottles are delivered by regular freight and take 3- 5 days.
Reasons for Order Delays
Entry of an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, we use your prefilled address.
The designated address had no-one available to sign for the delivery.
Incorrect payment details were entered while placing the order. Please check all details at checkout are correct as your order will only be posted when paid for in full.
If your order is flagged for verification we may need to get in contact with you via telephone before posting out your goods. If we are unable to verify the shipping destination to protect the card holder this may delay shipping.
Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to supply product from outside of our standard delivery network. This can cause delays in dispatch if orders are directed to regional locations etc. If the delivery time will take longer than anticipated, we will contact you to let you know.

Colour Accuracy Statement.
Although we take great care to reproduce the colours made upon order, we can not guarantee the colours will be identical to your vehicle or motorbike as vehicles may have been resprayed in the past and can vary in shade. Paint colours are affected by many factors, including lighting, age, type of finish, type of substrate and adjacent colours. Some colours may require more than one coat for complete coverage. If final colour appearance and colour matches are critical, paint should be tested on the actual surface before full application. For the most accurate colour match please supply all vehicle details including make , model, year of make and paint code as listed on your vehicle ID plate.
