Touch up Brush Pen Instructions.

1 - Soap wash surface clean and dry well
Before application.

2 - Apply 1 coat primer to seal metal if
Scratch has prnetrated to steel . If not to steel , primer can be skipped.

3 - Apply 2 coats of base colour with 10 mins between coats and allow to dry 20mins. Same applies for 3 layer colours where a candy or pearl is being used, follow same steps with each layer.

4 - Apply 2 coats of clear with 10 mins between coats . Process finished

5 - For perfect paint correction , paint repair can be cut back with 2000 wet n Dry paper and machine buff or polished.

Aerosol paint instructions

FOR BEST RESULTS HEAT UP ALL AEROSOL CANS IN A TUB WITH HOT TAP WATER FOR 2 MINUTES THEN SHAKE WELL PRIOR TO APPLICATION

Primer Application

1 - 2k or a Acrylic Primer is to be applied over any repairs that are back to metal or any repairs that have been done using body filler to seal the surface.

2 - Shake can really well for 1 min and then apply first coat evenly from 30cm away with overlaping strokes for good coverage. Allow 10 mins to dry and then apply second heavy coat and allow to dry over night .

3 - Next day sand back primered surface with 600 wet n Dry paper and rub the whole panel back that is to be sprayed with the same paper. Dry off well and wipe down with wax and grease remover once panel has been masked up. Now you are ready to apply base colour.

Base / Pearl Application

4 - Apply 2 coats of base colour with 10 mins between coats and allow to dry 20mins. Same applies for 3 layer colours where a candy or pearl is being used, follow same steps with each layer.

Top Coat Clear Application


5 - If using Acrylic Clear cans or 2k Clear cans , please follow same application as ( step 2 ) above .

6 - 2k will give you a nice high gloss finish straight out of the can and no buffing should be required. If there is paint runs or dust in finish , 2k clear can be cut back with 2000grit paper and buffed up to a high gloss shine .

Acrylic clear once applied allow to dry for 4 days and then can be rubbed with 2000grit and buffed up to a high gloss shine.

Interior Paints

FOR BEST RESULTS HEAT UP AEROSOL CANS IN TUB WITH HOT TAP WATER FOR 1 MIN THEN SHAKE WELL PRIOR TO APPLICATION

All our vinyl Paints are made to be applied direct to leathers , vinyls and plastics .

1 - Clean surface to be painted with a clean cotton rag and Acrylic Thinners.

Apply small amount of thinners on cloth and wipe area well .

2- Heat can up in warm water as it will reduce the viscosity and pressurize the can for a smooth finish.

Apply 1 light coat from 30 cm away and allow to dry off 10 mins. Follow same for 2 to 3 coats. The allow to dry for 24hrs.

If parts you are painting are being colour changed , we recommend applying our plastic primer before applying paint.

Spot Putty Instructions

Spot Putty single component spot putty to fill sand scratches, file marks and other imperfections, not completely filled by the primer surfacer. Fast drying and easy sanding. Shrink-resistant formula. Dries smooth. Superior colour holdout.

APPLICATION: Using a flexible putty knife or plastic spreader, apply material in several thin coats.


Work quickly to prevent material from rolling due to fast drying.


Allow a five minute dry time between coats FINISH: Sand with 180 grit or finer sandpaper. Heavy applications require a longer dry to sand time


TOPCOAT: Apply 2K polyester, 2K urethane, 2K epoxy, or 1K primer to manufacturer’s recommendations

Heat Paint Instructions

Brush On Heat Paint

1 - Degrease and clean calipers well, rub with Scotch bright whilst washing and then rinse calipers well. Allow to dry or blow dry with air blower to remove all water.

2 - Mask up around caliper to protect area from unwanted paint .

3 - Apply 1 coat of paint and allow to dry for 30 min . Apply second coat evenly as smooth as you can and allow to dry 24hrs . Remove masking and job done.

Paint is self priming so no primer is required.

Aerosol Heat Paint

1- Degrease and clean heat components well, rub with Scotch bright whilst washing and then rinse well, high pressure wash preferably. Allow to dry or blow dry with air blower to remove all water.

2- Heat aerosol can in tub of hot water for 1 min as this will give best results .

3 - Apply 1 coat from 25cm distance and allow to dry 10 mins. Same for coat 2 and coat 3. Apply 3rd coat nice and wet and allow to dry for 24hrs.

Best to be applied in Temps above 25deg. Heat guns are a great to warm up area being painted .

If it's a 2k base and clear heat kit follow same steps above for both layers.
