Metal Repair Glue 2 Part Epoxy

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
It is mainly used for repairing various casting
defects such as sand holes, pores and cracks
of steel, iron, aluminum and other castings.
USAGE METHOD
1 Surface treatment: the surface to be repaired
shall be roughened as much as possible to
ensure no oil, water, rust and dust
2.Cleaning and drying: clean the surface to be
repaired with acetone or alcohol and dry it;
3.Mixing: mix the foundry glue according to a
B=1:1 (volume ratio), and fully mix it evenly:
4.Coating: apply the mixed glue solution to the
surface to be repaired and compact it;
5.Curing and processing: the higher the
temperature, the shorter the curing time.
Generally, it can be completely cured in 8 ~ 12
hours and can be processed and used
SHELF LIFE: 24 months
( stored between 15°C and 28°C)

Epoxy resin, silicon powder, iron powder

CAUTION
1. The coating process shall be completed
before the curing of the mixed glue solution
(within 20 minutes);

shall be preheated to 30~ 50 "C:
